My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jessie on the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Jessie was extremely patient with us while deciding when we were going to be ready to sell our house. As soon as we were ready, Jessie was knowledgeable on the market as well as walking us though what we needed to be done in our home before we could put it up for sale. Jessie was also helpful with staging. When we put our house on the market Jessie was able to get us multiple offers on our house with within a very short time. The same evening, Jessie sent us over a spreadsheet with all the information from the multiple offers we received that would help us in deciding which offer my wife and I should select. Jessie talked us though all of the offers that we received, as well as the pluses and minus to all of them. The spreadsheet Jessie provided and our conversation with her helped us to feel confident that we chose the best offer for our sale. 

The next process was to try and find a new home in a very short window of time with a market that had multiple offers on homes. Jessie took us out anytime we found a home that popped up. We trusted Jessie so much that we even put an offer on a house that we didn’t even see. After putting in 8 offers we finally found a new home. It is perfect, in our target neighborhood and price range. 
I cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Jessie. She was always a phone call, email, or text away with any questions or concerns that we had no matter what day or time. I always recommend Jessie to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell. As her motto states, “WORK IT.” Take it from us, Jessie really does know how to work it.
